Yield: Makes 8 (1/3-cup) pops
4 | kiwi fruit, peeled | ||

1/2 | cup | tequila or orange juice | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | orange liqueur, optional | |
|
|||
3 | tablespoons | fresh lime juice | |
|
|||
3 | tablespoons | superfine* granulated sugar | |
|
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Spoon or pour into molds**. Freeze until slushy, about 30 minutes. Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
*Superfine sugar is granulated sugar that has been extremely fine-grained. Make your own by whirling regular granulated sugar in your blender until fine.
**Paper or plastic cups can be used in place of molds. Fill the cups with ice pop mixture. Cover the opening with aluminum foil. Make a slit in the foil and insert the stick.
