A magical twist on traditional pumpkin pie
Yield: 8 servings
1 1/2 | cups | Domino Confectioners Sugar | |

1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened | |
|
|||
4 | tablespoons | (1/2 stick) butter, softened | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | vanilla | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | pumpkin pie spice | |
|
|||
1 | can | (15 oz.) solid pack pumpkin | |
|
|||
1 | (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust | ||
|
|||
1 | cup | heavy cream, whipped (optional) | |
|
BEAT: sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice with electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy.
ADD: pumpkin until blended. Spoon into pie crust.
CHILL: 6 hours or overnight. SERVE: with whipped cream as desired.
Tip: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon ginger and 1/8 teaspoon cloves can be substituted for pumpkin pie spice.
